The Early Days

Established in 1991, Declan Sexton and Sons bespoke furniture and joinery business is a first and second generation partnership and family-run workshop situated in the townland of Ballynevin, just east of the Comeragh mountains in Co. Waterford.
Started by Declan Sexton, sons David and Michael joined their father in 2001 and 2006 respectively; both having trained as cabinetmakers.
The Sextons have been growing their team of craftsmen over the years and continue to build their expertise and experience.
Declan Sexton and Sons has its origins in a modest woodworking business set up by Declan in 1991 in a small disused traditional cottage beneath a cluster of sycamores, adjacent to the family home.
